Since I've been receiving some questions on HOW TO RECORD in Systemeio every sale from Gcash and Bank transfers.

This is a recent update from Systeme.io which I just tried. Let me share with you what I did.

* My main payment channel or option on my website is via PayPal.

In order to track my sales from manual payments like Gcash / Bank Transfer, I have an additional order form page for customers who opt to pay through Gcash or Bank Transfer.

To make this possible, here's what I did:

1. I added the feature of PHYSICAL PRODUCT & CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) on the order form.

2. Once the customer paid via Gcash or Bank Transfer, I'll send the ORDER LINK FORM with the COD option so I can record manually my sales inside the Systeme.io dashboard.

3. After the order page is done, the next step is to step up your email automation.

4. Once the customer is paid, the customer will automatically receive an email containing all of my resource access.

When you're done setting up your funnel in Systeme.io, you NEED to have 2 ORDER FORM PAGES. This is a page where your customers can see your payment channels or options.

1st order form page: Customer can see PayPal/Credit/Debit Card

2nd order form page: This is the link I send to customers who opt to pay via Gcash / Bank Transfer.

WHY DO WE NEED TWO ORDER FORMS?

If you want to record your sales from Gcash / Bank Transfer, you will need your 2nd order form page so you can register each payment made aside from Paypal.

The downside of having a 2nd order form page (which I think is manageable.), there are customers who may have filled out the link form twice during the registration. Your sales then tend to double and when this happens, I reverse the duplicated registration in System.io so my sales will appear tally.

Don't feel overwhelmed if you still can't fully absorb everything, especially on this part. Believe me, I know how that feels.

Don't get pressured and all if you still don't have a website or domain. We have other options that are easier to use and also FREE, like Milkshake, Stancreators, Shopify, or even LINKTREE.
